About the event
Where will we be:
Arrábida, of Arab origin, a place of prayer is today a place of contemplation and a natural refuge. Formed around 18-16 million years ago, it is here on the beaches of Serra da Arrábida that we will find our sanctuary for Stand Up Paddle.
What will we do:
Together, we will explore the tales and histories of this region as we travel along its secluded beaches with the current and through our paddles.
This tour starts at Praia da Figueirinha, next to the car park on the west side and stretches under the force of the current and wind to the fabulous beaches of Galapinhos and Coelhos.
After a stop on the beach for a boost of energy, we will return to the starting point, in a circular path always close to the coast.
What's included:
All necessary Stand Up Paddle equipment. Neoprene suit. Water and toasted flour.
Value per person of 30€ and duration of about two and a half hours.
Maximum number of participants: Maximum group of 8 participants per monitor.
We have a wetsuit available for participants who must let us know if they want one. The use of a vest is mandatory.
