SUP YOGA Portugal - 1st meeting

More than an event, the 1st SUP Yoga Portugal Meeting is a celebration of people with the deepest sense of unity and collaboration. There are more than 15 teachers and partner Yoga spaces gathered to offer different practices both in the sand and in the water.  

Together we row for a better world. A day of celebration is coming! 

On the 18th of September 2022 discover the desire to try something new and liberating or remember the beauty of doing things differently for yourself.

Bringing yoga to life and life to yoga is without a doubt our proposal. 

You will have the opportunity to experience several SUP classes with different teachers, as well as yin yoga practices, meditation, acro yoga, yoga flow and even specific yoga activities for children.
