Classes take place at a maximum ratio of 4 students per teacher, these students being at the same class level. The boards used are soft boards thus reducing the risk of any injury. A All classes take place at Lagoa de Albufeira where there are the best conditions for beginners. Through the evolution of the students, the models of boards used evolve.

Who is it for: Students from 12 years old with mastery of swimming technique.

 

What you will learn:

• Know all the equipment to be used and its various types (suit, board, Wing)

Water safety rules

• Assess wind conditions and choose the Wing to use

• Mastery of the basic techniques of WingSUP (being in the aquatic environment, mastery of the technique of turning at low speed, rising in the wind (winding down), descending in the wind (broad / downwind), navigating across the beam (90º with the wind), making a course triangular until the end of 4 lessons)

• Wing dominance in various wind conditions

• Each lesson takes 1:30

• We use Walkie-Talkie radios during lessons
