Created at the beginning of the 80s by the current owner Rui Meira, it has always had the objective of developing and at the same time promoting the expansion of Windsurfing in Portugal, through individual education to all those who have a great passion for this sport, thus providing a better quality of life.

 

Later in the late 90s, with the advent of Kitesurfing, the teaching areas of the Rui Meira School also extended to this new sport, thus already counting on more than 10 years of experience with Kitesurf. At present, the Rui Meira School has gone to a PRO CENTER where you can find the best conditions in terms of well-being for all who visit us, thus offering a wide range of water sports such as Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Surfing, SUP ( Stand Up Paddle Surfing), Kayak and Sailing.

 

Therefore, we have an excellent team that is made up of people with wide experience in the field of sports, with a lot of energy/dynamics and above all the taste for what they do. Located just 20 minutes from the center of Lisbon, the Lagoa de Albufeira is the perfect place to practice any sports activity.

 

During this summer we will be present every day on the beach of Nova Vaga on Costa da Caparica and with the possibility of classes also in the Tagus River in order to guarantee the best possible conditions for our students.
