About the event
Where we will be:
Arrábida, of Arab origin, a place of prayer today is a place of contemplation and a natural refuge. Formed around 18-16 million years ago, it will be here on the beaches of Serra da Arrábida that we will find our sanctuary for Stand Up Paddle.
We are a family owned and operated business.
What will we do:
Together, we will explore the tales and histories of this region as we travel its modest beaches with the current and through our strokes.
This tour starts at Praia da Figueirinha, next to the car park on the west side and extends through the force of the current and wind to the fabulous beaches of Galapinhos and Coelhos.
After stopping at the beach for a boost of energy, we will return to the starting point, on a route that always circulates close to the coast.

What's included:
All the necessary Stand Up Paddle equipment. Neoprene suit. Toasted water and flour.

Price per person of 30 € and duration of about two and a half hours.
Maximum number of participants: Maximum group of 8 participants per monitor.
We have neoprene wetsuits available for participants who must inform us if they want one. The use of a vest is mandatory.
