Equipment: Stand Up Paddle board, adjustable paddle, flotation vest, neoprene suit and shoes for water.

Advice: Comfortable clothing to use in the water. Participants must know how to swim and be comfortable in the water. The use of a vest will be mandatory. The Meira Pro Center will supply all the equipment.

Water and a snack will be provided at the beginning of the tour.

The lagoon closest to Lisbon and the one we call home and where we develop activities with an unparalleled natural environment that makes the whole experience even more pleasant.

Let yourself be taken along the banks of the lagoon in a circular path and with several stopping points to rest and contemplate the view offered by the natural viewpoints easily found at the top of the highest dunes that surround this space. Protected from the wind, with no currents that can influence our path and always close to the beach, this tour is suitable for your first group adventure towards the sunset in one of the most fantastic experiences you can do in Lagoa.

The duration of the tour is three hours and open to beginners and advanced participants. The practice of YOGA lasts for one hour and is done on the Stand Up Paddle boards for those who participate with a board and on the beach for participants in the Kayak option.

All equipment is included and will be provided on site to participants. The tour takes place after confirmation of good wind conditions and with a minimum of 5 participants.
